What You’ll Do

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Arcus, you will be at the forefront of implementing mission-critical AI deployments with our enterprise clients. You will work closely with our founding team to strategically design, build and deploy agentic AI workflows to address our customer’s most pressing needs. In this role, you will leverage your unique combination of technical skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and problem solving abilities to drive critical outcomes and deliver transformative value that empowers businesses to excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of high-impact, client-facing projects, working independently and collaboratively to deliver end-to-end AI solutions
• Interface with our customers’ leadership teams to understand their strategic objectives and translate those into actionable technical requirements that you deliver on
• Engineer custom AI solutions from solution architecture, to technical implementation, to productionization and deployment

Who You Are

• You graduated or will graduate before December 2024 with a degree in Computer science, or related subject. 
• You have a demonstrated track record of excellence, across any field or domain (not necessarily related to the role).
• Have an entrepreneurial mindset and passion for implementing AI / ML solutions at scale
• Bias towards shipping rapidly and iterating with customer feedback.

Compensation

In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $130,000 and $215,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.
